LysCoding is an online educational platform that provides coding courses, exercises, and related learning materials delivered digitally.

All material made available on LysCoding, including text, graphics, course content, and software, is the property of LysCoding. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of it without our prior written permission.
We may use trusted third-party service providers to support the operation of the platform, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and communication tools. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you are generally entitled to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without needing to give a reason.
However, this right does not apply to digital content or digital services once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that doing so causes you to lose your right of withdrawal. By beginning a course or accessing digital content before the 14-day window ends, you agree to waive this statutory withdrawal right.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LysCoding makes no promises or guarantees that your use of the platform will lead to employment, certification, income, or any other specific learning or career outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LysCoding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
