This policy explains how to cancel your LysCoding subscription and how to request a refund. It is intended to give every user a clear and transparent process to follow.

By subscribing to LysCoding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out in this policy.

2. Important Subscription Information

• Trial period: €0.01 for a 3-day trial.
• Subscription: €29.99 every 30 days after the trial.
• Billing cycle: Renews automatically every 30 days unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Important: To avoid being charged the full subscription fee, you must cancel before the trial period ends.

3. Subscription and Billing

The service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees in advance of each billing period.

If your subscription begins with a trial period, the trial fee is charged at the start of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged €29.99 every 30 days.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled before the renewal date. All billing terms are clearly displayed before any purchase is completed.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew thereafter.

5. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge (the first €29.99 payment after the trial). The following conditions apply:

• The €0.01 trial fee is non-refundable.
• To avoid being charged the subscription fee, you must cancel before the trial ends.
• Once your subscription has renewed after the trial, refunds are only available within 14 days of that renewal charge.
• Refunds do not apply to partial billing periods or unused time, unless required by law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider, and are returned to your original payment method.

7. Disputes

If a payment dispute is opened with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the account while the matter is reviewed.
